Frequently asked questions
Is my PDF uploaded?
No. Pages are rendered in your browser and your document never leaves your device.
Which resolution should I choose?
72 DPI is enough for screens, 150 DPI is a good all-rounder for sharing, and 300 DPI gives print-quality detail (with larger files).
JPG or PNG?
JPG makes smaller files and suits photos and scans. PNG is lossless and best for text, charts and drawings.
Can I convert only some pages?
Yes. Enter page ranges such as 1-3, 5, 8- to convert just those pages.
Does it work with password-protected PDFs?
Remove the password with Unlock PDF first (you'll need to know it), then convert the unlocked file.
